Sonic Speed Simulator
#1 brand game on Roblox · 1B visits
Helped create Sonic Speed Simulator with the team at GameFam after being promoted to Creative Producer. Remains the #1 brand game on Roblox by visits.
I'm Arthur, a marketing consultant working with studios, platforms, and media brands to launch products, build communities, and turn attention into something that lasts.
I help teams figure out who their work is for, why it matters, and how to put it in front of the right people, at the right moment, in a way that travels.
Over the past several years I've worked across the gaming and entertainment industry, from indie studios like Crowbar Collective and Serenity Forge, to platforms like Roblox and Meta, to the publishers, networks, and media companies that move attention at scale.
Most of my work lives in the messy middle: launches, audience strategy, community-led growth, creator partnerships, and the kind of marketing that respects the people on the other side of the screen.
Off the page: I'm a Columbia University alum, married, with one very good dog who thinks he runs the household (he does). I also run PC's Bar & Grill, a local spot in Los Angeles, equal parts home base, equal parts fallback plan if I'm no one's project therapist anymore.
A growing list of launches, campaigns, and engagements. I'll add to this with you over time.

Magical Beast Sherbert
An ongoing project following the protagonist Sherbert. My first international engagement, taking me to Japan for meetings and expos, grounded in fluent Japanese.
Studio Set
Daybreak
Pink Lady
Collaborated with Jazwares to design Roblox-figure toys distributed globally through major retail. Physical product from a digital platform.
6th Annual Bloxy Awards
Joined Roblox HQ as a Game Designer and shipped a Bloxy Awards experience with a team of 4. Strong margin, 21M downloads, and the start of everything that came after.
Scrambled in Time
Helped run one of the biggest events on the Roblox platform. Honed management, design, and programming chops at full platform scale.
Beyond The Yellow Brick Road
Elton John's team came to ours to design virtual suits and accessories for the metaverse concert. Multiple concepts produced; the work was featured in Times Square in 2023.
Hot Wheels Open World
Where I learned the most about KPI retention, daily concurrent users, and the discipline of designing for measurable engagement.
Pizza Party
Brought together 20+ indie game studios to ship a creativity-forward collaborative experience. A logistics puzzle wrapped in a love-letter to indie dev.
Neversong
Oversaw end-to-end production with a team of 17, including two other producers. The first project with my name in the credits, and still one I'm most proud of.
Date Night Bowling
My last release at Serenity Forge, production work that pushed my range in 2D art direction.
Land of Screens
Primarily oversaw quality assurance at Serenity Forge, holding the bar so the team could ship a stable initial release.
Cigar in a Bottle
Co-created with a close friend, helped take a small lifestyle brand from concept through to its 13th variety as of 2026. A reminder that good work happens outside the day job, too.
Product and platform strategist with 10+ years leading monetization, growth, and cross-functional execution across digital ecosystems. Founder of Coyote Creatives, advising metaverse-native studios with cumulative ~$10M+ revenue exposure. PMP-certified, Columbia ML candidate.

arthur-harvard.jpgI love numbers, they do not lie. I built my whole career, life, and even hobbies around them, including lecturing at Harvard's engineering school on mathematics.
Some directly, some through Coyote Creatives, some embedded as a fractional lead. All of them taught me something about the craft.

Marketing strategy is what I do, but launches need creative too. I keep a small bench of trusted designers, devs, and producers, so you can scope a full engagement under one roof without going to four different vendors.

From "we built it" to "the world's playing it."
Positioning narrative, audience map, channel mix, launch calendar, creative briefs for paid & organic, and a KPI framework you can actually defend in a board meeting.
4–8 weeks
Pre-launch teams, sequels, expansions, and platform debuts where the cost of getting day-one wrong is high.
Durable programs. Not one-off activations.
Creator strategy and tiering, partner sourcing, briefing systems, comp models, content calendar, and analytics dashboards your team can read at a glance.
8–12 weeks build
then optional retainer
Studios building a long-term creator motion, brands entering Roblox or VTuber/streamer space, and teams tired of paying for shoutouts that don't compound.
Built so an in-house team can actually run it.
Account structure, creative testing framework, attribution setup, weekly performance reviews, and full handoff documentation. No black boxes.
8 weeks setup + scale
then handoff or retainer
Teams scaling from $10k/mo to $100k+/mo, or anyone whose current agency setup feels like it's running them.
A story your whole team can rally behind, not just one your CEO likes.
Positioning narrative, message hierarchy, voice and tone guide, creative direction brief, and naming work if you need it.
4–6 weeks
Repositionings, brand moments, mergers, or "we can't quite explain what we do" teams who feel out of step with where their business has gotten to.
A senior brain in the seat, without the full-time CMO line item, yet.
Marketing strategy, team structure, vendor management, hiring plan and interviews, in-month execution oversight, and a written handoff when your full-time hire arrives.
3–9 months
embedded part-time
Between marketing leadership hires, post-funding ramp-ups, or pre-Series-B teams that need senior taste before they need a senior salary.
Marketing sites and launch pages built right the first time.
Sitemap, wireframes, design comps, dev build, CMS setup, analytics & tagging, launch QA, and a small handover loom for whoever's editing it next.
4–10 weeks
Rebrands, launches, or sites that haven't been touched in three years and look it.
Identity that travels, across ad creative, decks, and the awkward in-between.
Logo system, color and type system, ad creative templates, social templates, deck system, and a brand guide your team will actually reference.
4–6 weeks for full identity
ongoing for production
New brands, refreshes, or teams whose brand has drifted and now looks different in every deck and every ad.
Trailers and ad cuts the way games and entertainment actually need them.
Concept boards, scripts, animation, sound design, and multi-format edits (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5) so the same idea ships across every surface.
3–8 weeks per piece
Game launches, season trailers, brand films, and ad campaigns that need to ship clean across YouTube, TikTok, Reels, and connected TV.
Organic that compounds, not a side-hustle blog.
Technical audit, keyword and topic strategy, brief templates, editorial calendar, freelance writer pool if needed, and analytics setup that ties content to revenue.
30-day audit + 90-day build
optional ongoing retainer
Companies treating organic as an afterthought, and ready to treat it like a real channel with a real budget.
Creator content produced end-to-end, including Roblox and 3D experiences.
Creator sourcing, briefing, content production, post-production, distribution plan, and rights/licensing handled cleanly so you can use the work everywhere.
Project or program-based
Brands looking to land in Roblox the right way, or any team that wants creator content that doesn't feel like an ad reading itself.
Most engagements bundle two or three of these. If you need a launch site + creator program + a six-week paid push, I'll scope and run all of it, single point of contact, single invoice.
Working with Arthur felt like finally having a bridge between creative ambition and technical execution. He understands how to scope ideas in a way engineers can actually build, without losing the original vision. That's rare.
Arthur operates like a matter-of-fact manager who also deeply understands product and community as a people's person. He brings structure to chaos, aligns teams quickly, and consistently delivers outcomes that move metrics, not just ideas.
Arthur has a strong intuition for developer ecosystems and user behavior. He doesn't just think about features, he thinks about adoption, scalability, and long-term engagement. That mindset is incredibly valuable.
Arthur's a badass.
Arthur knows how to take a concept and turn it into something that actually performs. He understands players, monetization, and production at a level that drives real growth, not just surface-level engagement.

Marketing pays the bills. The rest of the time I'm chasing waves, taillights, and wildlife, usually somewhere between the top of the Himalayas and micronations of the Pacific you've never heard of.
